Our club endorsement meeting last night generated a capacity crowd. Here are the results. Kevin de Leon won the endorsement for US Senate and Measure H - the local affordable housing bond - also was endorsed. Considered only 3 endorsements at this meeting and 2 of 3 gained the necessary 60% required to make these endorsements. We didn?t all agree on everything, but there was plenty of civility and a great deal of joy in the room.

At the PDC Public Forum - Santa Cruz City Council - our endorsements went to Drew Glover and Justin Cummings. Both articulate young men garnered more than 60% of the endorsement vote. Congratulations Justin and Drew! The crowd was engaged and almost always respectful. The facility - RCNV - was well equipped to deal with this kind of forum. Thanks to all for the work that went into this forum! We had a quorum of 38, nearly double the quorum requirement of 20! Thanks for attending and voting.
